Micronex is a boutique software consultancy. Drawing on more than three decades of engineering experience, we design and modernise secure systems that span cloud, mobile and connected systems, and we own the architecture and write the code ourselves.
We work as the senior technical partner to a small number of clients at a time. That means embedding with your team, making the hard engineering calls explicit and reporting cleanly to the people who carry the risk.

Large consultancies sell a team, and the people who win the work are rarely the people who do it. We work the other way round: you engage the senior engineers who own the architecture, and that continuity holds from the first conversation through to long-term maintenance, with fewer people, more depth and nothing lost in handover between them.

Most of a system’s cost arrives after its first release. We design for that: architecture you can reason about, code your team can own and systems that stay maintainable as they grow. We take responsibility for the architecture and stay engaged for the long term, because the real measure of the work is software still running well years later.
